Started in 2006, ‘Ideas’ has grown continuously and added various services to its basic services of accounting and income tax to suit clients’ needs. ‘Ideas’ is a small accounting firm but it provides services that big firms offer.
Currently ‘Ideas’ has four permanent employees. The company is associated with other experienced and highly qualified accountant and accounting firms for facilitating review and audit statements. The company also offers consultations on complex issues with senior tax consultants. This makes ‘Ideas’ a unique accounting company.

Monika has a Bachelor of Science Degree & Masters in Human Resource Development. She possesses extensive experience in Office Administration and communication.
She is a polyglot who speaks many languages such as Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, Gujrati and Urdu in addition to English.
Patricia graduated from University of Winnipeg in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting. Aside from accounting, she has also taken Marketing courses from University as her electives. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling around the world.
Stephanie loves adventure and travelling the world. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree double majoring in Accounting and Human Resource Management & Organization in 2018. She is currently enrolled in the CPA PEP Program to obtain her CPA designation.
